Tuesday Oct 13 (Medellin, Colombia)
The Pool & Gardens at my Hotel Skitsofrenic Elevator: After yesterdays experience I wanted to take the stairs. But they are locked and marked "For Emergency use Only" (go figure). So I had to try the elevator again. Pushed Lobby. It took me to 6. Tried again. Took me to 2. Tried again. Got 4 (back where I started). So I got into the elevator and pushed nothing. It took me directly to the lobby.
Now you know the proper way to take an elevator in Colombia.
Me and Maria-Clara Charming Lunch: Had lunch today in a charming little local restaurant with Alejandro (from last night) and the Maria Clara (Business Development Manager). Tried about 6 different foods that I've never had before (some, thankfully, that I will never try again).
As usual, the lunch break was the only chance to get some video and pics. See the video-clip below (click on it) for lots of fun (and you may even learn something).
