Sporty's Learning to Fly Videos
 
Sporty's Pilot Shop, in Ohio (USA), has put together a really great video series about learning to fly. It covers everything from what kinds of licenses there are, all the fun things you can do with your license, types of flying careers and opportunities, interviews with pilots of all types (F16 pilots, Helicopter pilots, Airline pilots, Recreational pilots ..), and even a walk-through of the first flight lesson.
 
You can watch it on-line (in 5 parts). The whole thing is about an hour - each part between 10 and 15 minutes.
 
One word of caution: the video is a few years old, so the prices it mentions are outdated. Also keep in mind that the details are American. Canadian rules are a little different in some respects.
